Updating a Report
Whenever a story is updated or corrected, we will add a note to it so that readers are aware of the changes. If a significant error is corrected or a new update is included, we will place a bold note at the top of the article, such as “[Correction: Updated Information],” and clearly explain what was changed.

Corrections

In cases involving publicly available personal information, a take-down request will only be considered if the individual faces a physical threat.
